1. Definitions
- "Yondrix", "we", "us", "our" — Yondrix, a company incorporated in Singapore at 79 Anson Road, #21-04, Singapore 079906.
- "Programme" — any reading workshop or reading circle offered by Yondrix, including the Daily Money Habits Reading Workshop, the Long-Term Planning Reading Circle, and the Family Finance Conversations Reading Workshop.
- "Participant", "you" — any individual who enrols in or enquires about a Programme.
- "Materials" — workbooks, reading cards, scenario cards, newsletters, and other content distributed as part of a Programme.
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation we send to you.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry through our website, by enrolling in a Programme, or by attending any Yondrix session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit an enquiry or enrol.
You must be aged 18 or above and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Our Programmes are designed for adults aged 40 and above.
3. Nature of the Services
Yondrix provides educational reading programmes only. Nothing in any Programme, session, workbook, newsletter, or facilitator discussion constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any regulated service under Singapore law. Facilitators are educators, not licensed financial advisers. Yondrix holds no financial advisory licence.
Programme content is intended to build vocabulary and awareness. Participants are solely responsible for any financial decisions they make, with or without reference to content encountered in a Yondrix Programme.
4. Enrolment and Confirmation
- Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a written confirmation from Yondrix.
- Cohort places are allocated on a first-confirmed basis. An enquiry does not constitute a reservation.
- We reserve the right to decline an enrolment at our discretion, in which case any payment received will be returned in full.
5. Fees and Payment
- Daily Money Habits Reading Workshop: S$140 per participant
- Family Finance Conversations Reading Workshop: S$370 per participant
- Long-Term Planning Reading Circle: S$700 per participant (full nine-month programme)
- All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Payment is due within five business days of receiving an enrolment confirmation.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer and PayNow.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the first session: full refund minus a S$20 administrative fee.
- Cancellation 7 to 14 days before the first session: 50% refund.
- Cancellation fewer than 7 days before the first session: no refund.
- For the Long-Term Planning Reading Circle, cancellation before the third monthly session entitles the participant to a pro-rata refund for unused sessions, less a S$50 administrative fee.
- If Yondrix cancels a Programme for any reason, participants will receive a full refund or may transfer to a future cohort at their election.
7. Participant Responsibilities
- Complete pre-session reading before attending each session.
- Participate in discussion with respect for other cohort members.
- Not record, photograph, or otherwise capture session content without written permission from Yondrix.
- Not share the private cohort newsletter or workbook content publicly or with non-participants.
8. Intellectual Property
All workbooks, reading cards, newsletters, and other Materials produced by Yondrix are the intellectual property of Yondrix. Participants are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use Materials for the purposes of their participation in the Programme. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without our written consent.
9. Cohort Conduct
Yondrix reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session or withdraw from a Programme without refund if their conduct disrupts other participants, facilitators, or the integrity of the session. This includes but is not limited to disrespectful language, recording without consent, or sharing cohort discussions on public platforms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Programmes are provided on an "as is" basis for educational purposes. Yondrix makes no representation that participation in a Programme will lead to any particular financial outcome, improvement in financial literacy, or change in household circumstances. No outcome is implied or warranted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Yondrix's total liability to a participant arising from or in connection with a Programme shall not exceed the fee paid for that Programme. Yondrix shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from participation in or reliance on any Programme content.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Yondrix against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct during a Programme.
13. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or participation in a Programme shall first be referred to informal resolution by contacting us at [email protected]. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the Singapore Mediation Centre before any court proceedings are commenced.
14. General Provisions
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties in respect of Programme participation.
- If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- These Terms may not be assigned by you without our written consent.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued enrolment in or attendance at a Programme following any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
