2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry through our website, by enrolling in a Programme, or by attending any Yondrix session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not submit an enquiry or enrol.

You must be aged 18 or above and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Our Programmes are designed for adults aged 40 and above.

3. Nature of the Services

Yondrix provides educational reading programmes only. Nothing in any Programme, session, workbook, newsletter, or facilitator discussion constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any regulated service under Singapore law. Facilitators are educators, not licensed financial advisers. Yondrix holds no financial advisory licence.

Programme content is intended to build vocabulary and awareness. Participants are solely responsible for any financial decisions they make, with or without reference to content encountered in a Yondrix Programme.

All workbooks, reading cards, newsletters, and other Materials produced by Yondrix are the intellectual property of Yondrix. Participants are granted a personal, non-commercial licence to use Materials for the purposes of their participation in the Programme. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without our written consent.

9. Cohort Conduct

Yondrix reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session or withdraw from a Programme without refund if their conduct disrupts other participants, facilitators, or the integrity of the session. This includes but is not limited to disrespectful language, recording without consent, or sharing cohort discussions on public platforms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Programmes are provided on an "as is" basis for educational purposes. Yondrix makes no representation that participation in a Programme will lead to any particular financial outcome, improvement in financial literacy, or change in household circumstances. No outcome is implied or warranted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Yondrix's total liability to a participant arising from or in connection with a Programme shall not exceed the fee paid for that Programme. Yondrix shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from participation in or reliance on any Programme content.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Yondrix against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct during a Programme.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these Terms or participation in a Programme shall first be referred to informal resolution by contacting us at [email protected]. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the Singapore Mediation Centre before any court proceedings are commenced.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued enrolment in or attendance at a Programme following any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
